Cookie policy

This Cookie Policy is an integral part of the QSA Srl Privacy Policy available here.
For all third-party services beyond our direct control, please refer to the respective privacy and cookie management policies linked in the various sections of this Cookie Policy.

1. What are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user's device, where they are stored to collect information through the browser and to be re-transmitted to the same websites on the next visit. They are mainly used to measure and improve the quality of sites by analyzing visitor behaviour.

Cookies and similar technologies are information that sites and apps send or read on your devices on the first visit, to then be re-transmitted to the same sites or apps on the next visit. Precisely thanks to these technologies, sites and apps remember actions and preferences (such as, for example, login data, the chosen language, font size, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be indicated again on the next visit.

These technologies are used to perform computer authentication, session monitoring and storage of information regarding the activities of users who access a service , and may also contain a unique identification code that allows tracking of user navigation within the site for statistical or advertising purposes.

There are in fact different types of Cookies which, depending on their characteristics and functions, could persist on your device for different periods of time: the so-called session Cookies, which are automatically deleted when you close the browser; and the so-called persistent Cookies, which remain on your device up to a pre-established time.

In line with the Applicable Law, your prior consent for the use of Cookies is not always required. In particular, this consent is not required for "Technical cookies", e.g. those used for the sole purpose of carrying a communication through an electronic communications network, or strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user. In other words, Cookies which are indispensable for the operation of a site.

Your prior consent is instead required for non-anonymised "analytical" cookies and for profiling cookies, for example those that provide statistical analysis on the use of a website or that create user profiles to send them advertising messages in line with preferences that they have expressed during navigation.

2. Types of Cookies used by the Site and possibility of de-selection

The QSA Srl website uses the following Cookies:

1. Technical cookies

Technical Cookies are necessary for the Site to function properly. They allow page navigation and the memorization of a user's sessions (to keep them active while browsing). Without these Cookies, the services and functions for which users access the Site could not be provided.

The use of these Cookies is not instrumental to the collection of personal identification data of the user, but is limited only to the transmission of session data in the form of numbers automatically generated by the server. Session cookies are not stored permanently on the user's device.

2. Analysis and measurement cookies

Analysis and measurement cookies are used to collect information on the number of users and how they navigate the site, in order to then process aggregate statistics on the web service and its use. The data is collected anonymously and does not allow user identification or navigation tracking.

3. Third party cookies

Third-party cookies are used to analyze the user's navigation characteristics, to provide content visualization or content sharing services and to create profiles based on their behavior on the site. This site incorporates multimedia content through third-party providers parties (e.g. YouTube or Facebook) using specific embed or integrated widgets. Each content provider may issue technical, analytical and profiling cookies based on their settings. If this setting is disabled, the multimedia contents will not be automatically incorporated into the Site and instead a link will be displayed to be able to view them directly at the source.

3.2 Social network cookies

While browsing this site, the user can also receive cookies on his device that are sent to interact directly with social platforms. The Site incorporates Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and LinkedIn buttons and widgets. QSA Srl does not have access to the data which are thus collected and processed independently by social networks. For more information on the methods of processing the data collected and processed by social networks, please refer to the respective information:

However, disabling the technical Cookies of the Site could mean that some services or features of the Site will not be available or may not work properly and you may be forced to modify or manually enter some information at each visit.
